Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your board leaves our factory in California.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boards in new, unused condition. Please note that once a board has been ridden, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety and resale regulations.

Onewheels are designed to be low-maintenance. Simply keep the tire inflated to your preferred PSI, avoid submerging the board in water, and ensure the charging port stays clean and dry.
Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Every Onewheel comes with a limited warranty that covers the board against manufacturing defects for one year, with specific components like the battery covered for 6 months.
