We want you to love your ride, but if you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that boards with over 1 mile of usage are subject to restocking fees or may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your Onewheel and accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure everything remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and affix to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our technicians inspect the board for mileage and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
